Luli is a California partnership between Master Sommelier Sara Floyd and the Pisoni family, with vineyard manager Mark Pisoni and winemaker Jeff Pisoni involved in its wines. The label focuses on cool-climate vineyards in Monterey County, particularly the Santa Lucia Highlands and Arroyo Seco AVAs, producing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah and rosé. Its wines are made from sustainably farmed vineyards where noted, with an emphasis on handcrafted, minimal-intervention winemaking. Jeff Pisoni oversees hand-sorting, native-yeast fermentation, gentle gravity-flow handling and aging in French oak, with some wines bottled without filtration. The style highlights fresh, cool-climate expressions and small-lot production, drawing on the Pisoni family’s viticultural experience and Floyd’s sommelier background.
