Fattoria Nannì

Italy

Fattoria Nannì is a small, family-run estate in Arsicci, Apiro, in Italy’s Marche region, founded and operated by Roberto Cantori, who is also the winemaker. Its vineyards are managed organically, with certified organic status, green manure and other low-impact practices. The estate preserves old vineyard material and emphasizes the character of the Arsicci terroir and a distinctly Marchigian identity. Cantori also leads the New Vineyard research project, exploring high-cane training, protective netting and multifunctional cover cropping to improve biodiversity and resilience to climate challenges. Winemaking focuses on preserving the grapes’ organoleptic profile through hand harvesting, gentle pressing under nitrogen, indigenous-yeast fermentation and extended lees ageing. The wines include organic Verdicchio and Ribona, notably Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Origini.
