Enoz Masseria Torricella

Italy

Enoz Masseria Torricella is a family-oriented organic and biodynamic wine operation in Campania. Roberto Zeno purchased and renovated the masseria in 2013; separate accounts describe the associated winery as family-owned and operated by Peppe Consoli, Eva, Francesco, and Massimo Consoli. Its certified organic vineyards are farmed according to biodynamic principles, with plantings of Primitivo, Fiano, and Falanghina. Winemaking takes place in a tuff cave, using amphorae and, for some wines, Georgian qvevri. Marco Mascellani is a collaborating winemaker. The estate emphasizes minimizing environmental impact and producing organic and biodynamic wines.
