Elouan produces Oregon-style Pinot Noir from Oregon vineyards, combining Oregon terroir with California winemaking techniques. The brand was created by Joseph “Joe” Wagner and is now part of Stoller Wine Group, which acquired it in June 2025. Its grapes are sourced in Oregon, including the planned use of the nearby 300-acre Coles Valley Vineyard in the Umpqua Valley, helping reduce long-distance trucking. Winemaking takes place in California, giving the wines a distinctive Oregon–California character.
