Domaine Pellé is a multi-generational, family-owned estate in Morogues, in the Loire Valley’s Menetou-Salon appellation. Founded by Henri Pellé and later managed by Anne Pellé, it is now overseen by winemaker Paul-Henri Pellé, working with oenologist Julien Zernott. The estate follows organic, low-impact practices, including green harvesting, manually worked soils, and organic-certified farming in the Les Blanchais parcel since 2007. Winemaking uses gravity-fed presses, indigenous yeasts, and temperature-controlled fermentations. With a focus on sustainability and parcel expression, Domaine Pellé’s wines reflect the character of its Kimmeridgian marl and flint soils.
