Domaine Pavelot is a family-owned Burgundy estate in Savigny-les-Beaune, run by Jean-Marc and Hugues Pavelot and passed down from father to son. Its vineyards extend into Beaune and Aloxe-Corton, with deep sandy soils on the plain and limestone on the hillsides, at 220–360 metres and with varied southern, southeastern and northeastern exposures. The domaine produces Burgundy whites from Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, including Savigny-les-Beaune Blanc.
