Chateau Massiac

France

Domaine de Massiac is a family-run estate in Azille, at the heart of the Minervois between Carcassonne and Narbonne. Revived by Bernard and France Boudouresques, it is now managed across generations, with their son Jean-Baptiste, an oenologist, joining in 2017. The estate farms its vineyards organically, certified by Ecocert, with a focus on biodiversity, low-intervention practices and respect for the environment. Clay-limestone, sandstone and roc mort soils, shaped by Mediterranean winds, contribute freshness, structure and aromatic complexity. The domaine produces AOP Minervois and IGP Pays d’Oc red, white and rosé wines, with some fruit still harvested by hand and élevage adapted to each cuvée.
