Château L'Arrosée was a Grand Cru Classé estate in Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux, with a long ownership history before the Caille family acquired it in 2002 and invested in the vineyards and cellar. In 2013, Domaine Clarence Dillon bought the property and merged it into Château Quintus, and the estate ceased independent production after the 2012 vintage. Winemaking was overseen by consultant Gilles Pouquet and a technical team led by Jean-Philippe Delmas. The fruit was hand-harvested, fermented in temperature-controlled concrete vats, aged for 12 months in new oak, and bottled without fining or filtration. No sustainability certifications are reported.
