Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce

Spain

Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce is a family-run estate in Manchuela, Castilla-La Mancha, founded in 2005 by Juan Antonio Ponce and still directed by the Ponce family. Its certified organic and biodynamic vineyards are dry-farmed and bush-trained, with low yields and a focus on careful, sustainable cultivation. Winemaking is minimalist, using natural yeasts, no fining or filtration, and low sulfur dioxide. Juan Antonio Ponce and his son Juan Antonio Jr. oversee the wines, which express a hands-off approach rooted in traditional vineyard work and low-intervention cellar practices.
