Bel Colle

Italy

Bel Colle is a Piedmont estate in Verduno, now part of the family-owned Bosio Family Estates, with vineyards across some of the region’s most regarded zones, including Monvigliero and Bussia in Barolo, Pajorè in Barbaresco, and sites in Asti and Alta Langa. The winery is led by Luca Bosio and Mario Albrito and works with sustainable, low-impact viticulture: manual vineyard work and harvests, organic fertilization, no herbicides or systemic treatments, and pest control based on pheromone traps. In the cellar, Bel Colle follows a restrained, non-interventionist approach with gentle pressing, balanced macerations, and indigenous yeasts. Its focus is on expressing site and native Piedmont varieties, from Nebbiolo and Barbera to Pelaverga, Nascetta, Favorita, Arneis, and Moscato.
