Maison Blanche is a Bordeaux estate owned by Patrick Bouey. Its relatively large-scale operation is HVE Level 3 certified, reflecting efforts to reduce pressure on soil, water, land and biodiversity. The vineyards are planted with 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvesting is primarily mechanical, complemented by hand-sorting and destemming. Estate manager and collaborator Pierre-Oliver Larrieu oversees vinification in stainless-steel vats, followed by malolactic fermentation and bottle aging, producing wines in a classic Bordeaux style.
