Azienda Agricola Loghi is a family-run estate in San Giovanni d’Asso, in Tuscany’s Crete Senesi, where wooded, clay-soiled land lies near the Asso and Serlate rivers. Founded by the Berni family in the late 1980s, it is now owned and managed by Valentino Berni and Elena; Valentino studied agricultural sciences and leads the winemaking with Marco Mocali. The farm is organically cultivated and produces Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino, Orcia DOC and IGT Toscana wines, alongside organic extra-virgin olive oil and truffles. Its cellar follows a natural approach, with spontaneous fermentations, minimal sulfites, no fining or filtration, and aging in used Slavonian oak barriques.
