Le Dolci Colline is a Veneto Prosecco brand produced by Adria Vini, a joint venture between Boutinot and the Araldica Castelvero cooperative of Piemonte. Its wines are made from hand-harvested Glera grapes selected in the Treviso area, with fermentation in stainless steel and a four-week secondary fermentation in pressure tanks. The range includes Spumante, Rosé and Brut Glera, all listed as vegetarian and vegan. Winemaking is led by Claudio Manera, with Lella Burdese and consulting oenologist Tony Brown MW.
