Founded in 1963, Cave des Vins de Sancerre is a collectively owned cooperative bringing together more than 80 winegrower families across 14 Loire Valley municipalities. The group focuses primarily on Sauvignon Blanc and holds IFS certification for traceability. Its members include 19 HVE-certified growers and four organically certified growers, while sustainability efforts include lighter 395 g bottles and cardboard and plastic recycling. The cooperative’s wines reflect the shared work of its member growers rather than a single named winemaker.
