Sangiovese

Ke Bonta is a Puglia-based brand sourcing Sangiovese from the Salento peninsula, while its Gavi wines are made from 100% Cortese grown in Gavi, Italy. The wines are traditionally vinified in stainless-steel tanks, with six days of skin contact and no oak ageing. They are certified vegan, though not listed as organic or natural. Ke Bonta is part-owned by the long-standing Araldica cooperative in Piedmont, which works with more than 230 individual farmers, indicating a broad production network rather than a small independent estate.
