Cava Brut

Jaume Serra originated as a family-owned bodega in Cantallops, Empordà, founded by Jaume Serra, son of oenologist Simon Serra. Its estate vineyards are harvested manually, and the wines are crafted by Jaume Serra himself. Since 1997, the brand has been owned by the García-Carrión group, with access to the group’s larger production facilities. Its Cava is certified organic, reflecting a commitment to organic cultivation.
