Hadrien Brissaud is a new-generation Burgundy producer who established his own domaine in 2021 after a career in insurance. Based in Burgundy, he is both owner and winemaker, building on historic family holdings while remaining independent and partnering with investors to acquire parcels. Production is very small-scale, with only a few wines released from limited barrels, including a 500-litre new-oak barrel for the 2023 Puligny-Montrachet. No sustainability certifications or specific environmental practices are disclosed.
