Finca Mas Perdut

Spain

Finca Mas Perdut is a family-run estate in Santa Oliva, Baix Penedès, with a viticultural heritage dating to 1868. Founded as a winery in 2010, it is owned and operated by fifth-generation grape grower Josep Ma Rosell Gracia and oenologist Rebeca Ollé, who also make the wines. Their certified organic and biodynamic farming follows natural, minimal-intervention principles, with indigenous yeasts, native varieties, and no added sulfites, filtration, or fining. Alongside their vines, they grow vegetables, almonds, carob and olives, and produce vinegars on-site. The wines aim to express the local terroir with an authentic, singular character.
