Famille Dubard is a family-owned winery in Southwest France, run by the Dubard family. Its vineyards are planted on clay-limestone soils with abundant rocks, with vines over 25 years old. The estate is certified under France’s High Environmental Value (HEV) program, reflecting sustainable farming through biodiversity conservation, considered plant protection, and careful fertilizer and water management. Winemaking follows traditional methods, including long, gentle pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and élevage in stainless steel.
