Domaine Les Sadons

France

Domaine Les Sadons is a very small Bordeaux estate owned and operated by Alain Albistur, who is also the winemaker. With more than 25 years’ experience at Grand Cru Classé estates, including Château Grand-Puy-Lacoste, and a family background at Château Latour, Albistur brings deep traditional expertise to the domaine. Vinification uses a traditional basket press, separate cement tanks for individual parcels, and temperature-controlled stainless steel for Petit Verdot. The Petit Verdot is aged in 40% new French oak. No sustainability certifications or eco-labels are mentioned.
