Domaine Lavantureux is a family-run estate in Lignorelles, Chablis, founded by Roland Lavantureux and now led by his sons Arnaud and David. The domaine produces wines across the Chablis hierarchy, from Petit Chablis to Grand Cru, alongside Bourgogne Tonnerre and Bourgogne Epineuil. Organic and sustainable viticulture emphasizes biodiversity, full-vineyard ploughing and old vines, including parcels over 60 years old. Hand-harvesting and restrained intervention support their aim of expressing terroir and vintage character. Fermentation is temperature-controlled in stainless steel, while élevage combines tanks and barrels according to the cuvée and vintage, preserving freshness while adding complexity and depth.
