Domaine Jean-Marc Pavelot is a family-owned estate in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Burgundy, led by father-and-son team Jean-Marc and Hugues Pavelot. The domaine farms approximately 12 hectares, including Premier and Grand Cru parcels, with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Its vineyards are certified organic and managed according to a “lutte raisonnée” approach incorporating biodynamic principles and limited soil intervention. Jean-Marc and Hugues oversee the winemaking themselves, pursuing a sustainable, terroir-driven style that reflects the character of their sites.
