Domaine Gayda is a family-owned estate in Languedoc-Roussillon, founded in 2003 by Anthony Record and Tim Ford. Its organically certified vineyards, farmed biodynamically since 2017, span limestone, chalky sandstone, schist, red clay and granite parcels. Winemaker Vincent Chansault oversees hand-crafted, single-vineyard fermentations using small-scale tanks and diverse cask ageing. The estate produces natural-style IGP Pays d’Oc wines with minimal sulphur, aiming to express the character of the grapes and their varied terroirs.
