Domaine Eric Montchovet is a family-owned Burgundy estate based in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, with parcels also in Beaune, Monthélie, Pommard and Puligny-Montrachet. The family manages every stage from vineyard to cellar, with proprietor and winemaker Eric Montchovet overseeing production. The domaine practices Agriculture Raisonnée, a reasoned approach to sustainable viticulture, without noted formal certification. Its range includes Aligoté, Passetoutgrain, and red and white Hautes-Côtes de Beaune wines.
