Domaine du Puy de l’Ours

France

Domaine du Puy de l'Ours is a family-owned estate in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Burgundy, founded in 2020 by Jean Orsoni and Juliette Puyperoux, who run the domaine themselves. Its vineyards span Savigny-lès-Beaune and Côte de Beaune Les Monsnières, including Premier Cru holdings. The estate farms organically, with vineyards certified organic or in conversion, and follows a low-input approach that lets the land dictate its needs. In the cellar, the style is minimal-intervention and terroir-driven, with spontaneous whole-cluster fermentations, ambient yeasts, minimal new oak, and very low sulfur.
