Domaine des Enchanteurs

France

Domaine des Enchanteurs is a small family-run estate in Saint-Hippolyte-le-Graveyron, in the southern Rhône’s Ventoux area. Created in 2009 by Catherine Desbois-Mouchel of Burgundy’s Tonnellerie Remond and oenologist Bertrand Seube, it surrounds a restored mas with vineyards cultivated in harmony with nature. The domaine avoids herbicides and non-biological fertilizers, while parcels are hand-harvested, manually sorted and destemmed. Its distinctive plantings include Syrah and black Grenache for red wines, Viognier and white Grenache for white wines, Muscat petits grains, and old-vine Grenache for rosé. Vinification is tailored to each variety and vintage, using temperature-controlled equipment, with ageing in French oak barrels in a controlled cellar. The estate produces organic AOC Ventoux wines and has received recognition in wine guides and competitions.
