Domaine de la Tour du Bon is a family-owned estate in Le Castellet, within Provence’s Bandol AOP, owned by the Hocquard family since 1968 and led by Agnès Henry-Hocquard since 1990. Its vineyards lie among pine forest and Mediterranean scrub on varied clay-limestone, calcareous and sandy soils. The domaine is organically certified and practices biodynamic viticulture, emphasizing living soils, compost, green manures and minimal treatments. Hand-harvesting, indigenous yeasts and low-intervention cellar work shape its reds, whites and rosés, with élevage in concrete, wood, enamel, terracotta and amphora. Reds mature for at least 18 months and are bottled without fining or filtration. Focused on Mourvèdre alongside Grenache, Cinsault and white varieties, the wines seek pure fruit, finesse and freshness rather than excessive ripeness or extraction.
