Domaine Collin

France

Founded in 1980, Domaine Collin is a family-owned estate in Limoux, Languedoc-Roussillon, managed by Philippe and Marie-Hélène Collin. Philippe oversees the work from vineyard to bottle, cultivating Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir on clay-limestone, sandstone and gravel soils. The domaine practices biodiverse, chemical-free viticulture without chemical fertilizers or herbicides; no formal sustainability certification is noted. Its Crémant de Limoux is made by the traditional method, reflecting a hands-on approach to both farming and winemaking.
