Domaine Anita

France

Domaine Anita is a family-run estate in Burgundy’s Beaujolais crus, founded in 2015 by former professional cyclist Anita Kuhnel, who owns the domaine and leads the winemaking with veteran cellarmaster Guy Marion. The estate farms old, high-density vineyards in Chénas, Fleurie, Morgon and Moulin-à-Vent, with vines ranging from 40 to over 100 years old. Sustainable farming is central, with horse ploughing, limited chemical treatments and eco-friendly practices, though without formal organic certification. In the cellar, the wines are made in small cement tanks with spontaneous fermentations, low sulfur and restrained use of new oak.
