Di Meo

Italy

Di Meo is a family-run winery in Salza Irpina, Avellino, founded in 1986 after its acquisition by siblings Erminia, Generoso and Roberto Di Meo. Based at an historic 18th-century farmhouse, the estate farms organically, without chemicals or herbicides, using natural tillage and green manure. Its vineyards are hand-harvested and include traditional ungrafted, pre-phylloxera vines and heirloom, non-GMO varieties. Roberto Di Meo serves as oenologist and winemaker, while Generoso oversees commercial and public-relations activities. The wines reflect a hands-on, family-led approach rooted in Campania’s traditional vineyard heritage.
