De Stefani is a family-owned winery in Fossalta di Piave, Veneto, run by fourth-generation winemaker Alessandro De Stefani with his wife Chiara and sons Marco and Paolo. With family roots documented in Refrontolo since 1624, the estate produces red, white and Prosecco wines from old, high-density vineyards, focusing on native varieties and the distinctive landscapes between the Adriatic Sea and Dolomites. Its approach emphasizes natural and sustainable viticulture, including organic and biodynamic principles, while certifications cited for parts of the range include SQNPI, Biodiversity Friend and Equalitas. Alessandro oversees the winemaking and personally signs each bottle, continuing the work of his father Tiziano, an oenologist since 1958. The Naturalmente wines use native yeasts, minimal cellar intervention and limited sulfites.
