Dampt Frères is a family-owned Chablis estate in Burgundy, run by brothers Vincent and Sébastien Dampt, descendants of founder Daniel Dampt and their great-great-grandfather Jean Defaix. The estate farms Chablis, five Premier Cru sites and a Grand Cru parcel using sustainable, low-yield practices, with vines averaging 40 years old. Cultivation, vinification and bottling are all carried out in-house. Led by Vincent and assisted by Sébastien, the winemaking is focused on stainless steel and avoids oak, expressing a precise, site-driven Chablis style.
