Coca i Fitó is a family-owned Catalan winery founded by brothers Toni and Miquel Coca, working across the Montsant and Terra Alta DOs. Their organically and biodynamically certified vineyards span diverse soils, including clay, limestone, sand, granite and slate, with low-impact farming and water-efficiency measures. The brothers make wines with a strong sense of place, exploring single-vineyard, single-varietal and blended expressions through minimal-intervention winemaking. Fermentation and élevage use stainless steel, concrete and wooden tanks, with selected wines aged in French and American oak. Since 2011, the winery has also developed collaborative projects with winemakers from other regions, combining knowledge and celebrating the diversity of wine.
