Château La Mission Haut-Brion is a historic Pessac-Léognan estate in Bordeaux, owned by the Dillon family’s Domaine Clarence Dillon since 1983. Part of the same portfolio as Château Haut-Brion, it is managed by a team including Prince Robert de Luxembourg, with Jean-Philippe Masclef leading the cellar. The estate emphasizes biodiversity and long-term protection of its Graves terroir through low-intervention farming, including sexual-confusion diffusers, hedgerows, bug hotels, cover crops, compost, and careful nutrient management, without formal certification. In the cellar, hand-harvested fruit is sorted and fermented in temperature-controlled steel vats, with the reds aged in oak. It is known for both red and white wines, the latter formerly released as Château Laville Haut-Brion.
