Château Bois de Rolland is a family-owned Bordeaux estate run by the Geromin family on the clay-limestone Coubeyrac plateau near Saint-Émilion. The family transformed a former agricultural plot into a vineyard planted with 30-year-old vines. Its wines are certified organic and biodynamic, reflecting a commitment to sustainable farming. Grapes are vinified in stainless-steel tanks before being aged in oak, combining careful fruit handling with traditional maturation.
