Celler Tanca els Ulls is a tiny, family-operated winery in Nulles, Tarragona, established in 2014 by Francesc Boronat, also known as Cesc. He took over the family estate to revive vineyards previously farmed by his grandfather, whose grapes had historically been sold to large cooperatives. Boronat leads the project and farms the vineyards organically, producing around 10,000 bottles annually. The winery’s work reflects a small-scale, family-rooted approach focused on bringing the estate’s own vineyards back to life.
