The Standish Wine Company is a family-owned boutique producer founded in 1999 by Dan and Nicole Standish in Light Pass, Barossa Valley, South Australia. Focused on single-vineyard Shiraz from historic, dry-grown sites across the Barossa and Eden Valley, the winery is closely driven by Dan Standish, who serves as sole winemaker and oversees pruning, yield control, and key vineyard decisions. Fruit comes from organically and biodynamically farmed vines, and the wines are made with a traditional, low-intervention approach, including limited barrel use and no fining or filtration. The range is centered on distinct site expression, including its flagship wines The Relic, The Standish, The Schubert Theorem, and Lamella.
