United States

Pico & Vine is a California label operated by Purple Wines + Spirits, a large-scale producer. Its wines are made through focused small-lot techniques: grapes are harvested in the late evening or early morning, cold-macerated, and kept on their skins for 5–7 days before fermentation. The wines are then aged for 11 months in French oak barrels, including 30% new oak. The stated aim is to preserve vibrant structure, fresh acidity, and varietal character. No vineyard size, soil details, certifications, or sustainability practices are disclosed.
