Les Clefs du Caladas is a family-run domaine in northern Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where the Seguier family has cultivated vineyards for three generations. The estate works with some of the appellation’s oldest vines, approaching 140 years, on sandy and clay soils. Farming is certified biodynamic and organic (Demeter), with naturally low yields and hand harvesting. Wines are fermented and aged in cement vats using natural yeasts, reflecting a minimally interventionist approach focused on concentration and site expression.
