Domaine Patrick Miolane

France

Domaine Patrick & Barbara Miolane is a family estate based in Saint-Aubin in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune. Barbara Miolane, the seventh generation of the family, now leads the domaine, while her father Patrick remains involved. The estate farms 9 hectares across Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet, including a heritage of old vines, with hand harvesting and lutte raisonnée practices. Its wines are predominantly white, with whites aged 18 to 24 months in 350-litre barrels; reds are described as rounder and fruitier. The historic Saint-Aubin Premier Cru Les Perrières parcel lies beside the winery and is the domaine’s flagship.
