Domaine Maillard Père et Fils

France

Domaine Maillard Père et Fils is a family-owned estate in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune, founded by Daniel Maillard in 1952 and rooted in a winegrowing history dating to 1766. The domaine farms vineyards across eight communes, using biodynamic practices including vine spacing, minimal treatments, lunar-calendar work and hand harvesting, without formal certification. Pascal Maillard serves as winemaker and commercial director, increasingly assisted by his son Jules, continuing the family’s hands-on approach. Alain Maillard retired in 2015.
