Château d’Ollières is a historic estate in Provence, perched above the village of Ollières between Aix-en-Provence and Saint-Maximin. With a millenary history, it was revived by the Rouy family at the beginning of this century and is owned and directed by Charles Rouy, also referenced as Hubert Rouy. The vineyard is being replanted following a period of neglect, with low-input practices including limited chemical treatments, organic fertilisers and short winter pruning to limit yields. Trellised vines benefit from strong leaf exposure, the Provençal sun and mistral wind. The estate produces red, white and rosé wines in Haut, Prestige and Classique tiers, and is described as a flagship of the AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence.
