Producer

Bottega

Italy

Bottega is a Veneto-based producer led by Sandro Bottega, combining wine, grappa, spirits and liqueurs with a strong focus on Prosecco from the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene and Treviso areas. The family traces its roots in viticulture back to the 17th century, while the modern distillery began in 1977. Its style emphasizes quality, territorial character, design and innovation, with artisanal attention from vineyard to bottling. Notes highlight hand harvesting for selected wines, long fermentations for parts of its Prosecco range, and niche production using ancestral and traditional sparkling methods. Sustainability is a major theme, guided by the UN SDGs and supported by Equalitas, BRCGS and ISO 9001 certifications, alongside organic farming on part of its vineyards and renewable-energy initiatives.
