Booker Wines is a boutique Paso Robles estate run by Eric and Lisa Jensen, who acquired the historic property in 2001. Owner-winemaker Eric Jensen leads the day-to-day winemaking, with an emphasis on Rhône varieties and thoughtfully farmed estate fruit. The vineyard is Regenerative Organic Certified® and was previously noted as CCOF organic, while rooftop solar supports renewable energy use. Production is highly limited, with wines often selling out to the club upon release. The estate’s history recalls the Booker brothers, early owners known locally for farming and humanitarianism, whose values of community and quality farming continue today. Booker operates under the Constellation Brands umbrella and shares its Paso Robles visitor property with My Favorite Neighbor.
