Producer

Thomson & Scott

United Kingdom

Thomson & Scott is a family-owned, privately held boutique producer founded and led by Amanda Thomson in England. Fully owned by the Thomson & Scott family, with no external investors, the company focuses on premium non-alcoholic wines under the Noughty range, including sparkling and still styles. Sustainability is central to the project: the producer is certified organic and carbon-neutral, and the wines are also certified vegan, halal and gluten-free. Grapes come from dry-land, organically farmed vineyards in the Western Cape, with bush-trained vines on southwest-facing slopes. Winemaking emphasizes low-intervention methods, minimal additives and sulfites, careful fermentation, lees aging, and gentle dealcoholisation.
