The Winery of Good Hope

South Africa

Founded in 1998 by Alex Dale and based in Stellenbosch in the Western Cape, The Winery of Good Hope is part of Radford Dale and focuses on quality-driven, approachable wines made for everyday drinking rather than mass production. The style is classy, elegant and value-minded, with an emphasis on grape quality, site-driven character, and traditional, natural viticultural and winemaking methods. Sustainability is central to the project, from lightweight eco-friendly bottles and recyclable packaging to accreditation for environmental, ethical and social-upliftment practices. The winery is also closely linked to the Land of Hope Trust, which supports education and opportunity for previously disadvantaged employees and their families.
