Founded by Piero Mancini in 1989, Cantina delle Vigne is a family-run winery based in Olbia, with vineyards across Gallura in northeast Sardinia. The family continues Piero’s vision, with Marisa and their children overseeing agronomy, production, administration, commercial activity, marketing, and hospitality. Their philosophy centres on the relationship between climate, soil, and vineyard, combining local tradition with an innovative approach. Vineyards lie on well-drained granite soils between 100 and 500 metres, influenced by warm summers, temperature variation, and the mistral. The range includes Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, Moscato di Gallura, Cannonau, and international varieties, alongside a notable sparkling-wine production begun in 1989. Modern winery technology supports careful control from fermentation through bottling.
