Pago del Cielo is a Torres family-owned estate in Ribera del Duero, focused on Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) from vineyards around Piñel, Pesquera and La Horra. Its sites lie at 840–900 metres, with predominantly calcareous soils at El Obispo and deep clay-sand at Las Tenadas. The estate combines organic certification for the Celeste label with regenerative practices including grass sowing and reduced tillage. Winemaking is led by Juan Ramón García, who is both winemaker and winery manager. The range includes Celeste Crianza, first released in 2005, and a more limited Reserva, whose first vintage was 2014.
