Founded in 2005, Domaine Gaëlle et Jérôme Meunier is a husband-and-wife estate based in Burgundy. Beginning with a small holding in Bouzeron, the domaine later expanded into Mercurey and released its first independently bottled wine in 2007 from its winery in Mellecey. Gaëlle Meunier oversees vineyard work, vinification, and the cellar, while Jérôme manages the business. The estate farms sustainably, with careful pruning and low yields, and uses spontaneous fermentations. Its Mercurey parcels include mature Pinot Noir vines averaging 60 years old, reflecting a hands-on, artisanal approach to Burgundy winemaking.
