Luli Moscato Chinato

Mauro Vergano is a family-run Piedmont producer founded by retired chemist Mauro Vergano, who remains the winemaker, with day-to-day operations now overseen by his nephews Tommaso and Pietro. The boutique operation makes small-batch aromatized wines including Chinato, Luli, Americano and classic vermouth, sourcing grapes from selected partners and family friends. It uses organic grapes and follows a responsible viticulture approach without herbicides, mechanical tillage or grass cover, although it is not formally certified organic.
